Workout 2
This week you will be conducting 5 rounds for time as quickly (and safely) as you can. Do each exercise in succession and keep going until you have done 5 full rounds and record your time. Try not to take a break during each round, but if you need a few seconds do it after the run! set a hard cap of 20 minutes.

5 ROUNDS FT (FOR TIME):
10 BURPESS
15 SIT UPS
20 SQUATS
100M SPRINT
Workout complete and feeling strong! — now take care of your body. Make time to stretch, hydrate, and refuel with something nutritious. Recovery is just as important as training. You pushed hard, broke a sweat, and kept the focus. Remember, consistency beats intensity. Keep showing up, stay hydrated, and trust the process. Let’s get after it again next Friday.
