Workout 4
This one is relentless however so stick with it and put your best effort in. You will conduct AMREPS in a 15 minute window of burpees and lunges. You will start with 2 reps then go up by 2 each round. So 2-4-6-8-10 etc until you run out of time.

AMREP 15 MINUTES, INCREASING BY 2 REPS EACH ROUND OF:
BURPEES
LUNGES
Workout complete and feeling strong! — now take care of your body. Make time to stretch, hydrate, and refuel with something nutritious. Recovery is just as important as training. You pushed hard, broke a sweat, and kept the focus. Remember, consistency beats intensity. Keep showing up, stay hydrated, and trust the process. Let’s get after it again next Friday.
