I am not a personal trainer or firearms trainer and have never claimed to be one, the workouts, training and guides on this website are purely from my experience as a soldier in the Army and the knowledge I have gained from over a decades worth of training is being passed to you in order for you to use it as you see fit. Everything on the website is a guide and is what I have either done or believe to be worthwhile training, however I am not you and I am unable to confirm if the training is suitable for you or your needs and you need to use your own judgement to tailor it to you for the best results.
