Workout 3

This one is a tough one, so stick with it troops. You will conduct a buy in of 10 push ups followed by a AMRAP for 15 minutes  consisting of burpees, squats, sit ups and mountain climbers.

BUY IN  = 10 PUSH UPS

THEN AMRAP 15 MINUTES OF:

5 BURPESS

10 SQUAT JUMPS

15 SIT UPS

20 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

 

Workout complete and feeling strong! —  now take care of your body. Make time to stretch, hydrate, and refuel with something nutritious. Recovery is just as important as training. You pushed hard, broke a sweat, and kept the focus. Remember, consistency beats intensity. Keep showing up, stay hydrated, and trust the process. Let’s get after it again next Friday.

 

Glossary

Buy in: A heart raiser before you start the main workout, this will get you going – they normally suck.

AMRAP: As Many Rounds As Possible – you complete as many rounds as possible of a exercise or sequence of exercises in a specified time.
