Workout 1
First you need to do 2 minutes of chest to floor burpees, this will suck but it is meant to. After that you will go straight into 10 minutes of continuous work: every minute you will do 10 lunges AND 12 squat jumps and resting for the remainder of the minute. You will do this 10 times. Enjoy.

BUY IN = 2 MINUTES OF BURPEES
THEN EMOM 10 MINUTES OF:
10 LUNGES
12 SQUAT JUMPS
REST FOR REMAINING TIME
Workout complete and feeling strong! — now take care of your body. Make time to stretch, hydrate, and refuel with something nutritious. Recovery is just as important as training.
